The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar. 

Set in a Grade II listed building, this hotel combines historic charm with modern convenience, still retains its original features, open fires and wonderful antiques. Fabulous place from 1450. So well decorated, warm and inviting. I had a long chat with a most charming woman(58) (did not get her name) in the reception. A former teacher. It is nice when staff takes the time to talk with you about the hotel and other things. It made my stay perfect! Just book this place!

The location is perfect - not at city center, allowing to have a parking, but at easy walking distance to the city center. We enjoy our stay so much.
