The staff was very friendly, the room incredibly clean and the breakfast was nice to start our day with. Our dogs were welcome in the restaurant downstairs, and the food was very good as well! The location is a perfect starting point for beautiful hikes, particularly Mam Tor. We will definitely be back.

They are very friendly and warm hosts. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A lovely bright bathroom. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. Lynn gave us lots of information about the area. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Included breakfast was delicious.

The pre-ordered breakfasts offered a wide selection of cold and hot breakfast items, highly adjustable to one's preferences. The hosts further provided us with recommendations of local restaurants and activities.

Alan contacted us by text day of arrival to confirm time and was the perfect host when we got there. The room was lovely, wonderfully clean and spacious and a view of Peveril Castle! We were given privacy whilst it was made clear we could approach any time for any need. Perfect.
