A cozy, no-frills guest house within walking distance of three world class distilleries. Our host Niall was simply amazing. He and his family are incredibly welcoming and you almost feel like you are part of the family. They will “get you sorted” with using the local buses, where to grab a bite, who to call for a taxi and whatever else you might be wondering about. Exceptional hosts. The distilleries were great but these fine people will be what we remember most fondly about our stay on Islay.

This is a delightful guesthouse on Islay. Fiona, our host, was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and cosy. We would definitely book there the next time we go to Islay!

The location (whilst remote) is completely beautiful - we loved watching the weather change and chatting with the seals. Our hosts were also tremendously warm and friendly and we could get used to breakfast baskets in bed!
