Amazing beautiful 200 years old house with big gardens on 4 hectare land. The photos on the websites are just as beautiful as the reality. The host, Harry and Nicola have been taking care of the house very well, thinking of every details that the guest need during their stay. On top of all that, the services from the host is really excellent. When we arrived late at night, Nicola served a dinner with 2 glasses of wine for the two of us. It was just a very delicious dinner that we ever had. They dedicated their life to give the best to their guests. This is just the right and amazing place to stay, you will have a mesmerized memory by staying on this property.

Our stay here was a 30 minute alternate to the higher prices in Cardiff. We were a 10 minute walk to the train station. Steve was very accommodating with parking and early check in. We arrived early and took in The Little Cheese Festival in Caerphilly. We enjoyed a great breakfast on the first morning.

THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC AS MUCH AS YOU WOULD WANT AND WHAT EVER YOU WANTed. We were in the lodge which was very homely,the owner looked after us very well ,we were made very welcome.

The common area is a bonus with a full kitchen for guests use and a front parlor area too. Lots of character and a great location.
