Located in the Kemptown district in Brighton & Hove, Blue Sky Guest House offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. The host was very friendly and talked us through a map of Brighton, giving us a few highlights and recommendations. The room was bigger than I expected, gorgeous and absolutely spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and a short walk into town.

On Eastbourne seafront, Ebor Lodge offers well-appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. Lovely view and clean, comfy room

The Southern Belle is a 19th century luxury boutique hotel and bar with cocktail lounge, offering accommodation adjacent to the Brighton seafront. We loved that it was a very cute and quaint boutique hotel. The rooms were so elegantly done with all means of comfort.

The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxury grade II, boutique hotel offering bright rooms with free WiFi and a great central location, just a minutes’ walk from the beach. clean and nice bedroom with air conditioner! The breakfast was amazing and all the stuffs were warm and hospitable. The only not satisfying thing was the sound insulation. It was not particularly good we can hear clearly about other tourists‘ voice. Except that everything is great!

Located in Uckfield, 19 km from Glyndebourne Opera House, Trading Boundaries provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The staff was fantastic! The owner came over to ensure everything was fine during our breakfast, the staff from the restaurant was lovely and they did an outstanding job as I have allergic requirements, everything was delicious (and safe, thank you!) The place is a dream, we went to celebrate a birthday surprise for a friend and she was delighted!! The rooms are decorated like in a great literature book, and coffee & tea is also provided, I was lucky to enjoy the morning coffee painting in the middle of nature as they have tables around the place surrounded by nature 😍 Couldn't recommend it more !! We will definitely be back! (Easy access - clear instructions on our way, nice road and close to Brighton - 30 mins by car, without the busy environment over there and the opportunity to visit nearby natural places)

Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. Great communication with the owners, excellent location and fantastic room with a beautiful view over the sea!

Located within 41 km of Eurotunnel UK and 44 km of Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park in Rye, Magnolia House, Rye features accommodation with seating area. This is a “mini hotel “ with just 8 rooms, run with a very personal touch by the owners (couple). Very comfortable - good beds, nice bathroom, plenty of extras (microwave, refrigerator, table & chairs etc). Perfect breakfast (try Jarvis’ pancakes). Very service minded - even washed a bit of clothes for us 😊 Location is 5 minutes walk out of the old town.

Set in Hastings and only 1.1 km from Hastings Beach, Summerfields House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is situated 1.4 km from St. Nice and peaceful. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice
