The room was nice and clean, very scandinavian style and it was good that you could drive your car in front of the cottage to unload packages. The traditional wooden sauna in the evening was lovely.

Wanha Neuvola Questhouse was originally built in 1948, and freshly renovated in 2014. This guest house is located in the Pieksämäki town centre and offers free WiFi and parking to guests. Heart warm welcome after a loooong journey, the location is just perfect in the city center and you can reach easily every point in Pieksämäki. The Rooms are giving that feeling of beeing home as you would stay at home. Everyone inside of this guesthouse is soo friendly and helpfull you can easily talk over hours. It was just a hard time to leave after the short holiday. I will stay here again Thank you very much

Pensiunea Jokiniemen Matkailu se află pe malul Lacului Onkivesi, la 12 km de Alapitkä. We loved that our room in this cosy B&B had a stunning lake view, a patio to enjoy it from and a very nice and modern bathroom. No noise and a lot of nature. Friendly owners. We hope to come back some time.

This property is set on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, lakeside sauna and homemade Finnish food. A beautiful location, very friendly owners, super clean bathroom and room, and the food was superb. Dinner is served at 6 for those who wish to partake, and the food is home-cooked and excellent. Breakfast the same, with a lovely selection of delicious food.
