I my stay here, which truly became ‘mi casa’ throughout my stay in Madrid. it’s a 2min walk to the Tirso de Molina metro station which is a mere 1-2 stops from main shopping stretches Gran Via & Sol. Most of the main attractions are honestly walkable distances (average 15-20mins leisure walks), and around the area you can easily walk to find restaurants, supermarkets and even a laundrymat. I cannot thank their lovely staff - Aitor, Valentina, Noe and Lucia - enough their hospitality. Discreet but always there when you need them. They helped me immensely when I had to travel elsewhere overnight for work and amended my reservations and kept my baggage safe with no fuss. I am truly grateful to the team. I also found their pantry super useful. You do get the basics - snacks, cereal, coffee machine, milk etc. - for a quick breakfast/snack anytime. More importantly, fridge space to store any food/drinks and a microwave and oven to heat/bake anything! Thank you so much once again Casa Du Soleil! Highly recommended to solo/couples/business travellers, hope you will enjoy your stay much like I did. :)

B&B Concha ligger 2,5 km fra Becerril de la Sierra og har en stor have, udendørs pool og terrasse. Skisportsstedet Puerto de Navacerrada ligger 10 km derfra. Super friendly host, even though she did not speak English we managed to communicate well, she really wants her guests to have a great experience in her B&B. The breakfast was just a treat and the homemade cakes are incredible. This property benefits from a pool that is open year round, it is up to the guests if they want to dip in. This is a big bonus for the property as we travelled the end of May and could not find any other properties in the region that opened their pool so early even though the weather was unusually warm. My 4 year old daughter had hours of fun at the pool. There was also a lovely mountain walk just minutes from the house, no need to take your car. We were able to walk to a very nice restaurant for dinner so the property ticked all our boxes.

Hostal Main Street Madrid is centrally located on Madrid’s Gran Via, just 1 minutes’ walk from Callao Metro Station. Location is super cool, the center of the center. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Woohoo Rooms Chueca ligger centralt i Chueca-kvarteret, 100 meter fra Madrids berømte Gran Via, 10 minutters gang fra pladsen Puerta del Sol og kun 3 minutters gang fra metrostationen Chueca. Beliggenheden var perfekt, gåafstand til næsten alt. Mange restauranter og barer i nærheden. Betjeningen var meget venlige og servicemindede alt fint!

Dette pensionat ligger i bydelen Las Letras i Madrid 300 m fra Prado-museet og Thyssen-Bornemisza-museet. Amazing centric location (walked everywhere), clean, calm. Towels were changed every day. My room was close to entrance and it was no problem comparing to other comments. I had small balcony to the street which is super calm. Only noise - garbage collection at night. Would recommend if you want to visit most popular touristic spots and like walking. And not to spend too much on accommodation.

Salomé ligger centralt overfor metrostationen Noviciado i Madrid og 300 m fra Gran Via og Plaza de España. Der tilbydes gratis trådløs internetadgang på fællesområderne samt enkle værelser med tv. Staff was helpful with directions to the airport. Short walk to downtown Madrid for shopping and food. Room was super clean and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for more for on night stay before flight home.
