The rooms are simple but well put together, clean, and comfortable. Excellent beds and warm bedding. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The pool, jacuzzi and steam bath were an awesome plus. The look of the lake and mountains is unparalleled. Breakfast was awesome. Beautiful place and great value.

The family who own and manage the Hostal showed us much kindness and hospitality during our stay in Otavalo. It was a pleasur staying 2 nights at Hostal Curinan and very. They are a lovely family. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There is beautiful view of Otavalo and the surroundings.

Loved our host, very sweet people and didn't mind me using Google translate to communicate better. He even took us to a few places most visitors probably don't think about. They prepared us dinner one night which was great! The house is super cute and clean, love the view to the lake. The town is safe to walk I'm at night. Make sure to go to Bambu Grill. Great place to eat.

Ubytovanie Pacheco Farmhouse - Intag Valley sa nachádza v destinácii Peñaherrera a hostia tu majú k dispozícii terasu. Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional and they were very accommodating, making delicious gluten free vegetarian food for me. Even though it's close to the road it's very quiet and peaceful. The river drowns out most noises. Lots of birds to see as well. Maria and her son took me down the hillside to the river on the first day I was there. The river is so beautiful. I stayed in one of the cute little cabins, which I would choose again if I stay there again. If you need more space they do have larger rooms in the farmhouse. I spent quite a lot of time relaxing on the front porch in the hammock watching the birds and listening to the music of the river. I live here in intag and am checking out places for friends when they come to visit. This is the first one I've actually stayed at. I highly recommend it. ❤️❤️❤️

Located 3 km from Cotacachi commercial centre, Hacienda San Isidro De Iltaqui offers free WiFi and breakfast. The accommodation is set in an organic farm in a colonial hacienda. It's difficult to pick just one thing that we liked because the Hacienda San Isidro de Iltaqui was extraordinary in so many ways! We loved the hacienda's ambiance, the farm fresh food was delicious, and the hosts offered attentive, personal, old world hospitality that will bring us back. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This colourful hostel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and shared bathrooms in Esperanza town, only 100 metres from Santa Maria de la Esperanza church. Horse riding and trekking trips can be booked. I had an excellent stay at Refugio Terra Esperanza. Emerson was so helpful in answering all my questions. Excellent services. He cooked me breakfast for $3 and helped me call a taxi to Cumbre Imbabura (which I highly recommend). The place itself is rustic, but charming and cozy. It has great views of Imbabura and Cayambe, so definitely try to wake up early for that. Overall, I would highly recommend this refugio to anyone traveling here. Emerson is a great host and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Emerson!
