Villa 97 hostal económico cerca del aeropuerto, a property with a garden, is set in Guayaquil, 6 km from Malecon 2000, 600 metres from Plaza del Sol, as well as 5 km from Santa Ana Hill Lighthouse. Everything! Location is great, they have breakfast for free in the morning, the kindest family ever. This is a little personal but I need to share this. I was sick for three days when I arrived to this hotel.. as soon as we checked into the hotel, the family could tell I was sick and instantly went and got me medicine and made me tea, and even got me a gatorade because i couldn’t eat anything. they helped take care of me without even knowing me first. not only is this hotel beautiful, quiet, 2 adorable family dogs.. nice rooms.. but also by staying here you are helping a family who puts others before themselves. i’d stay here again in a heartbeat. we recommend it immensely!

My friends left and I needed just a room for a cheaper price for myself. The host offers the second floor as a whole rental apartment and the first floor as a rental by room. Having rented just the double room, I still had access to all apartment amenities. Nice and unexpected treat. Eduardo, the host, was very nice and accommodating.

The bed was super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a really decent size with an excellent shower. The little touches were very lovely, some free biscuits, tea and coffee, a TV and free wifi with the modem right in the room. The location is great for a quick overnight stay if you have to travel the next day as it is super close to the airport and terrestrial terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I loved having a good chat in the morning. Very friendly and relaxed vibe here.
