Offering a garden and lake view, La Ceiba Tree Lodge is situated in Tilarán, 41 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 17 km from Venado Caves. The property was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were lush and inviting. Lots of different trees and flowers.

Baliyana Lodge is located in San José Pinilla and features a pool with a view and garden views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We had a lovely stay at Baliyana Lodge. You can see the owner´s hand and love in every single detail: the rooms are neat and charming, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Surrounded by nature with beautiful gardens. Seeing the stars at night in the pool area is a must. We felt very welcome by the owners. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you!

Casa del Sol provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Tamarindo, 100 metres from Tamarindo Beach. Very close to the beach, literally across the road. Clean room, comfortable bed, good A/C, nice bathroom with hot shower. Fridge in the room. Kitchen has cold and hot water for drinking, and the necessary you need to cook basic meals. You have your own little patio with a sofa, table and chairs and a hammock.

Set within 19 km of Venado Caves and 30 km of Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park in Nuevo Arenal, Marita's Bed and Breakfast features accommodation with seating area. The tropical garden at the bed and breakfast is delightful. We enjoyed Marita's wonderful breakfast as we gazed over beautiful foliage and bird-watched. The hosts gave excellent suggestions about area activities and provided a very helpful map. Watching the sunset from the nearby lake park was terrific.

Tee-K Lodge Tamarindo is 7 km from Tamarindo and offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The bed and breakfast has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi.... Arthur and Claire were the most amazing hosts! So attentive, kind and hospitable! They spoiled us rotten with new baked goods and treats every day. We will never stay anywhere else next time we come to Costa Rica. Can’t recommend enough! You will love it. They really felt like family after 9 days. Also their home cooked breakfast and espresso are very good. The pool is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting under the stars after getting home each evening and looking at the moon. The pool, property and rooms are all very clean. Arthur and Claire came every day to tidy up our room and give us fresh towels. They even came when we left later in the afternoon. We never expected that and even felt bad, but that’s how personal and attentive they are. They truly made our stay in Costa Rica special. Thank you Arthur and Claire! :)

Located in Tamarindo, Antema Lodge Secteur Tamarindo, piscine, yoga, gym, jungle et paix offers 4-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. It was a pleasure to stay at the lodge.. we slept really good in a save place right in the forest with a great pool and community area. Stephane and Sonia are great people helping with everything and making the stay wonderful. We liked the breakfast a lot and would recommend it to every visitor

Situated in Nuevo Arenal, Casa Donna Rosa B&B features accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. I stayed for 6 nights and could happily have stayed longer (as some other guests were). It was every bit as good as the reviews and the rooms and views are even better than in the pictures. The views from the terrace on the first floor rooms were absolutely stunning - particularly at sunrise/sunset. The furnishings, artworks and design of the rooms (high ceilings, amazing bathrooms etc) was all better than some places at double the price in CR and really idiosyncratic as well as luxurious. Werner and Carlos were amazing hosts, super-helpful and friendly and provided classy-hotel levels of food and service in combination with the friendly ambience of being in a smaller property. I also enjoyed meeting the other guests and the location was great as the town, lake, restaurants etc. were all walkable (if you don't mind a few hills... ). Would love to go back!

This place is amazing, it's a nice place to relax and has all the advantages to enjoy the vacation! Beside the place itself the staff is outstanding. Especially Peque went above and beyond! His skills for breakfast are superb and he provided us many recommendations for lovely and calm places around Sámara. And to top all of this, his friendly and sympathetic manner made us feel very welcomed at this place! Thanks for everything Peque!
