At the bed and breakfast, units have bed linen and towels. The king room was perfect. Philippe is a brilliant cook who made excellent dinners for us that we enjoyed in a wonderful setting.

Our host reached out to us throughout the booking process and on the day of arrival to welcome us. She promptly assisted when I reached out with questions and made a very lovely dinner recommendation. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and equipped with amenities. We enjoyed the picnic basket breakfast ~ the jams were delicious! Loved the ease of 24 hour self-check in and the availablity of lockers to store luggage should that be needed. Thank you!

Great location and quiet. The staff were great. We booked Vision Apartments at the last minute as we left our other accommodation as it was poor. Vision Apartments staff responded to our requests promptly. The 2 apartments we booked were clean and comfortable, and had all necessary facilities. When the bathroom tap leaked, we were moved to another apartment within an hour.

Great location near the station and on a quiet side street with parking right out front. Staff were all friendly and helpful and helped to sort out any questions we had. Room was nice enough, and clean, but a little dated - in fact the whole hotel felt a bit like that. For the price it’s right on the cusp of being acceptable value for money.

Such a nice location and friendly personal. Perfect rooms, but be aware, the cheapest rooms have shared bathroom. Upgrade when possible for a private bathroom. Just an hour away from the most ski areas.

Very nice hotel with free private parking. It is very close to a metro station and the central rail station, but in a quiet neighbourhood.The staff is very polite. Excellent value for money for Lausanne. We were kindly upgraded to a nice decorated room overlooking the lake.
