The breakfast is delicious. They value regional, organic products, if possible from the village. The bathroom is very clean. When I come back, I'll go to the Rössli :-)

El Bären - Das Gästehaus está situado a 1 km del centro de Gais, cerca del lago de Constanza. Outstanding family run B&B that was charming, clean, and situated in the heart of the Appenzell region with access to unbelievable scenery and hiking. Wonderful hospitality from Abongile who provided all the local knowledge and recommendations. She went above and beyond to help us with a parking ticket as well. Amazing local organic breakfast was provided every morning, with the scrambled eggs in particular a highlight. WiFi was fast!

The dinner was excellent. You can tell they care for presentation as well as taste. I would go again!
