We stayed 4 nights at the Thoughtful Dog and Steve provided us with plenty of suggestions on things to do outside of our already planned activities. Steve takes great care of his place and puts a lot of thought into making sure all his guests are comfortable. We drove into Gros Morne National Park everyday and thought the location was great because we didn't mind an hour drive back and forth. We also really appreciate Steve allowing us to use his kitchen and laundry during our stay! Great amenities like hot tub, sauna and even a foosball table! What a great time with good company!

Loved the fact that the place was so thoughtfully done and was extremely well kept. House is located in a very central place, walking distance from food and social. Quiet street. History with the house is absolutely amazing and felt like we were living in a museum. Highly recommend.

We really appreciated to get Aggie sharing her morning tea with us and telling a part of her life story. We were feeling like at home and we were also able to see wiyh our eyes what Aggie said: Sunset are marvellous at Bonavista.

Guests can access the bed and breakfast via private entrance. I have never felt more welcome. To the flower gardens stunning , to the fire pit in the evening , to the owners Donna and Bruce. This cottage had everything a shared utility room, fridge,washer/ dryer/ coffee. Bruce has thought of everything.My room had Air conditioning. Best mattress ever. The breakfast was fabulous. If you are going to be down to Grand Bank this B&B has everything. I have never been made to feel so at home. Bruce, is some good cook. I am with family and still talking about that night sleep and your cooking. Thank you see you on the way out.
