Located 500 metres from Abraao Beach, Canoa Abraão offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a terrace. Super friendly and non intrusive hosts, they helped us leave our stuff early before check-in and also later during check out. The island was without electricity, their property had a generator that enabled the place to have warm water and light etc despite the power cut. They also had a complimentary afternoon lunch for the guests (and breakfast, obviously). Also close to some bars that are more low-mid range in price.

Situated within 300 metres of Abraao Beach and 1.1 km of Abraaozinho Beach, Casa da Ilha Inn, Ilha Grande features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Abraão. This was an exceptional stay! The location was amazing, super close to Abraao by walking to the beach, but also far from the party noises at night. The property itself was beautiful with sea views everywhere. Breakfast was excellent too! It was easy to book transfers and tours through the hotel. Best thing about the location was the boat tours picked us up right at the hotel’s private dock, so we didn’t have to wait in line at the pier with the crowd. We also used their kayak (complimentary) twice and were happy with this amenity. We arrived late the first night and ordered burgers with the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Rental snorkel gear and minibar items were super reasonable prices, they don’t up charge you for your convenience! Staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Ilha Grande!

Featuring a bar and views of sea, La Coquille is a recently renovated guest house located in Praia de Araçatiba, a few steps from Aracatiba. Amazing hotel! Diego and the team are such fantastic hosts - it was hard to say goodbye :(

Situated in Praia de Araçatiba, Pousada Belas Águas features a restaurant, sea views and free WiFi, a few steps from Aracatiba and 1.5 km from Araçatibinha Beach. Beautiful room and views! Couldn’t believe how clean it was considering the Pousada is right on the beach. Lovely breakfast that you can place your order for the night before and they will either bring it to you room or set it up on the beach for you. Gabriel and his family were all so lovely and helpful, there was a bit of a language barrier but they organised a brilliant boat trip around the island which I’d highly recommend doing

Located in Abraão, 600 metres from Abraao Beach and 1.5 km from Preta Beach, Suites Golfo offers free WiFi and air conditioning. we enjoyed our stay in Suites Golfo.

Set within 300 metres of Abraao Beach and 1.4 km of Preta Beach, Pousada Sakura Rio Mar offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Abraão. Lovely welcoming staff, immaculate room, homemade cakes and an ideal location on Ilha Grande. Highly recommend.

Set in Abraão and with Abraao Beach reachable within 400 metres, Raio de Sol pousada & camping offers a tour desk, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi and barbecue facilities. The lady who checked us in and looked after us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. She spoke ok English but used translate apps well and made an effort to help us arrange tours etc was of great assistance and big smile! The location is nice and quiet up the back of town so a bit of a walk but safe area and everything close by

Featuring a patio with garden views, a garden and a bar, Fauna can be found in Praia do Bananal, close to Bananal Beach and 1.4 km from Matariz Beach. Everything was absolutely amazing. Natalia is an amazing host that will take care of you with an outmost kindness. The place is lovely and peaceful, like the entire small village of Bananal. Recommend 100/10

Offering garden views, Saracura is an accommodation set in Praia de Araçatiba, 300 metres from Araçatibinha Beach and 500 metres from Aracatiba. We liked everything! The location was amazing and we could really relax in the island without hustle and bustle. Simone and Maria were extremely nice and helped us for example to book tickets/excursions although we do not speak Portuguese. We would definitely stay here again. :)
