The son of the owner can speak very good english, responded quick my messages, gave us details to the transportations and was very cooperative. His father (owner of the house) welcomed us at the house, his English was not very good but he tried a lot to communicate with us, so at the end we understood everything. He was very friendly. In the room there was everything needed, beds were comfortable, tovels, key to every room, new furniture in all rooms, bathroom is like the standard in bulgaria (the free shower in the room ;) ), good equipment in the kitchen (fridge, oven, cloth washing machine, stove....) and free tea and coffee :)
