The property is very easy to reach, very close to the promenade and the sea. The room was very spacious, clean, located at the second floor with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The owners are extremely kind (every time we met, they were asking if everything was OK and if we needed any support).

Pretty much everything was top-notch. The house is as beautiful as it gets - the design, the garden, the common space and the apartment. Everything, everywhere is clean and taken care of. The host at the place is the nicest person, helps with everything, gives good advices, is very communicative (especially with kids) and provides great housekeeping. Kids won’t stop talking about her :)

One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been. The bedroom and also the shared kitchen, living room and garden are designed with much love. We loved it. It was perfectly clean and the hosts are lovely people!

Guest Rooms Soleo asub Balchikis, Balchiki keskrannast 800 meetri kaugusel. It was clean, well organized and had a really nice garden.

Basseinivaatega Villa Holiday pakub ühise puhkeruumi ja rõduga majutust umbes 1,9 km kaugusel Palace'i rannast. Everything was nice, the common area is exactly what you need for a stay with a group of friends, the terrace is amazing, the rooms are just what you need. The kitchen had everything we needed and even more, lots of utensils, cookware, pots and so on. Small 10 minutes walk until the seaside, to the beautiful promenade near the sea, we just climbed down some stairs. I recommend this villa!
