Offering free WiFi and city views, Merveilleux provides accommodation situated in Ghent, just 200 metres from St. Nicholas' Church. We truly enjoyed the comfortable bed, the excellent location, the large shower, and attentive staff. Very clean. We were up a few flights of stairs, and the staircase and rooms are simply elegantly appointed. I am so glad I found this for our stay.

Have to start off by saying that Petra is an amazing host. She waited for us to arrive way past the check in time, she was super pleasant and helpful in suggestions for experiencing Ghent like a local. The room was exactly as advertised and even nicer in person. Very spacious and clean. Probably one of the largest bathrooms I saw at an accommodation so far. Finally, I have to say that breakfast is truly exceptional.

We were impressed by the incredibly warm welcome from the owners, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Whether it was the packed lunch, the tips for pruning roses, or simply putting on a delicious and generous breakfast, these guys know what superb hospitality is. The room was immaculately clean, well-appointed with everything you need for a night away. The property, with nature on the doorstep made us feel relaxed and grounded. We will return to try the natural pool.
