There was a slight mishap with our room, which was however handled in a very professional way and immediately corrected. The room is quite large and rather new, with a big bathroom and ample space for our luggage. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs with a nice choice of wines and there's also the possibility to order a breakfast in the morning. The location is right in the middle of downtown, perfect to walk around the city but the rooms are really quiet, even though the main road is just next to the hotel. Loved the town itself, there's a lot of history here, but also interesting geology in downtown and close by with the lakes. Worth a stop.

Blue Lake se nachází 2,7 km odtud. beautifully decorated like a palace and the photos are 100% accurate. the fireplace is a real one instead of the modern fake type of thing. very generous to give free bottle of wine even though we stayed for one night only. location is convenient - almost everywhere we want to visit in mount gambier is within few minutes drive. and amazing breakfast.
