A suite with a spa bath and fireplace is available. The b&b was very clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Richard and Evie are excellent hosts who are very friendly and helpful. There were some lovely touches like the complimentary water, wine and chocolates which made the stay more special than a large, anonymous hotel.

It is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Beach and various local dining options. An amazing place, great hospitality. A place that transports you far and makes you dream.

Your continental breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereal, toast, ham, cheese and croissants. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Free parking is available outside each cottage. Easy walking distance to main street/shops, waterfront, etc. Comfortable accomodation with excellent facilities.

Located in Cowes in the Victoria region, with Cowes Beach nearby, By the Beach Coastal Cabin with Hot Tub provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2 km from Erehwon Point Beach. The property is non-smoking and is set 2.1 km from Red Rock Beach. Spacious cabin with great cooking facilities. Lovely quiet garden in a great location. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast :)
