Haus Kirchmaier in Pertisau is a 5-minute walk away from the Zwölferkopf Cable Car and offers you rooms with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. A ski bus stop is located next to the house. Very friendly welcome and a comfortable room with a balcony and a small lounge area. Located in a wonderful location between mountains and a very short walk from the lake. Breakfast was really nice and in the evening the Dorfwirt restaurant directly opposite is great for dinner. Very accomodating for dogs too, and a good place to begin a hike up the Bärenkopf. Having (communal) fridge space available was also really helpful for storing food. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks for everything!

The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. A true Bed & Breakfast in the home of a local family, and I was glad to give them my business. Breakfast was simple but very nice. My room and private bathroom were very clean and well kept. I was only staying there for one night before meeting a friend in the morning and it worked out really well.
