Host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location os great, breakfast with a variety of options and plenty of food. The outdoor facilities were outstanding.

Haus Kirchmaier in Pertisau is a 5-minute walk away from the Zwölferkopf Cable Car and offers you rooms with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. A ski bus stop is located next to the house. Very friendly welcome and a comfortable room with a balcony and a small lounge area. Located in a wonderful location between mountains and a very short walk from the lake. Breakfast was really nice and in the evening the Dorfwirt restaurant directly opposite is great for dinner. Very accomodating for dogs too, and a good place to begin a hike up the Bärenkopf. Having (communal) fridge space available was also really helpful for storing food. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thanks for everything!

Located at the entrance to the Karwendel Valleys overlooking the Achensee Golf Club, the Bergheim guest house features a garden with a sunbathing terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available. The view of the foothills was incredible. Near bus stop. Sylvia helped us with anything, including getting our laundry done. What a gem!

The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant has amazing views over the mountains and tasty food at very reasonable prices and we had the BEST Kaiserschmarrn. Haus Panorama is located in Steinberg am Rofan, just 450 metres away from the Rofanlifte Ski Lifts and offers rooms with a mountain-view balcony and free WiFi access is available. This is place exceeded the name. The views of the Rofan are unsurpassed. Frau Ruprecter provides a fine breakfast. Parking was easy and close.

A true Bed & Breakfast in the home of a local family, and I was glad to give them my business. Breakfast was simple but very nice. My room and private bathroom were very clean and well kept. I was only staying there for one night before meeting a friend in the morning and it worked out really well.
