I’m sooo happy I decided to stay here! It’s just a unique atmosphere: it’s quite, calming and astonishing sunsets right from my room. Also, there is a nice and the most helpful host I’ve ever seen: she helped me many times by taking me to places I needed to visit for a free. Apartments are clean, new and there was everything I needed: fridge, kettle and so on. Def recommend this stay :) Thank you so much 😊

Amazing friendly staff. Clean, big comfy rooms, swimming pool. Only few rooms available, feels like you have the villa for yourself. Green and quiet area. We used the bicycles to visit beach, rice fields, hoi an. Staff was very helpful in organizing visit to Cham islands.

A great villa in central Hoian. The rooms are good sized. We had a pool side room on the ground floor with a seated areas outside. The air con was every strong (no complaints there!). |The selling point of the resort is definitely the view over a paddy field. Plentiful seating, a great pool and fantastic views. The breakfast was also another highlight and really exceptional for what they offer. They have everything you can think of and you're welcome to take food and drink back with you. In fact my partner was a little ill for a couple of days and the staff sent food to the room for him.| The customer service is always with a smile.

An absolute beautiful place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood only 5-10 minutes on a bicycle to the beach and about 15 minutes to Hoi An ancient town. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool to lounge and swim. Our host Hien is so kind and helpful and she made us a great breakfast. Definitely recommend this stay!
