There was great coffee but only bananas for breakfast. The location was fantastic. The decor was fabulous, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was VERY responsive. The room was extremely quiet even with the guests right next door.

My husband and I loved this place and we would definitely go there again if we ever go back to Boston. The place is really nice, the room was very very spacious, new sheets, new towels, silent, nice view from the room and the location is great. The personnel is really nice.

Not only a very charming brownstone house in a quiet area with public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and back bay in walking distance but also very nice and helpful staff! They helped with luggage, umbrella's and at check in we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade of our room which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was cozy and clean and the bed very comfortable. 10/10 recommend for a pleasant stay in Boston

The room is soundproof so you can’t hear the aircraft. It’s almost on the water so the sea is lovely to walk to. Its decor is quirky, it is welcoming and homely. The in-room air conditioning worked very well.Breakfast was excellent with very good coffee and our host was very attentive and friendly. The procedure for arrival was efficient and easy to follow as was the allocated private parking.

Set in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, except for the occasional aircraft. It was a 30 minute walk to the railway station and then a 10 minute journey to the centre of Boston.
