    Business purpose was meetings at Winona State University. Great location, close to campus. Beautiful city. Really nice, clean, and updated property. Sunday was crowded, but the nice breakfast was able to handle things.

    We especially liked the yard and the rooms. The surroundings were quiet and we felt at home. Breakfast was great and we liked the way we ate with other guests together on a long table. It was great to talk to them and have interesting conversations. Everything was clean and nice and check-in was easy. Although we didn't get to meet the owners, the cook gave us recommendations for Winona and helped us out with questions.

    Robert was an exceptional host. We learned the history of the B and B. He provided a tour of the home to show us the different parts of the house we had access to. Lovely library and tea room. he made sure we were comfortable with all the fixtures in our room since the home is a Victorian style and has many 1920’s fixtures . The decor from room to room was fascinating!!
