Every room at this bed and breakfast has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. All rooms have seating areas for your convenience. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath and shower, with free toiletries and a hair dryer provided.

Breakfast was great & varied daily! The way that John & Steffi arrange it, there's a slip on your door that you use to indicate if you want the next day's breakfast special (or just the continental)& when you expect to eat. John & Steffi demonstrated their attention to any dietary restrictions, and were considerate to ask before offering anything. The rooms were clean, comfortably furnished, and with a spacious bathroom (in my room, at least) which permitted both me & my partner to get ready in parallel for a wedding. The location was at a quiet remove from the main thoroughfares of Tucson, and peaceful. A great place to rest & reflect. The pool was well-maintained & a great lure after the heat of the day! We went on a trail ride at the neighboring business, Houston's Horseback Riding, and the ability to promptly dip right in to a pool for a refreshing splash after was really wonderful. The darting hummingbirds nearby (John & Steffi keep feeders) were an added treat in the experience. Also, John (with whom we primarily interacted) had some great suggestions for activities/sightseeing in the area. He was a kind host to us, and knowledgeable about the Greater Tucson area.

The hotel was cute and a great location just outside the downtown with great views. The salt water pool and hot tub were great and the staff was very friendly. We had a little appetizer at the Gringo restaurant one night and it was nice to have a free drink. We ordered two more they were so good! make sure to order the Prickly Pear margarita! The bar tender was cool and nice to chat with. The rooms could use a little upgrade but that didn’t matter really. Cozy beds and the gardens were nice. We had a balcony room with a nice view.

It's in a quieter part of town. Tucson has a bad reputation according to some websites I've looked at but I walked up and down the main road outside the hotel a few times as a pedestrian and there's hardly any pedestrians or cyclists. The happy hour was good, the room was very spacious, the staff were helpful. I really enjoyed staying there. It's layed out like a motel but there was no trouble there like you see on films about the US.

This property was home away from home for us! So cozy, comfortable, safe, quiet, spotlessly clean with everything we could have possibly needed. This property is a super location for exploring south Arizona. Russelin, the host, was in contact with us before our arrival and was contactable all during our stay should we have needed anything.
