A beautiful cozy place with love to detail. Everything was absolutely clean. The beds were compfy. We loved the tea and coffee and snacks in the lounge, but there were also great breakfast options in walking distance. It’s a great location to explore Cape Cod and the beach in Orleans is beautiful. Richard is an absolutely lovely host. We had a great stay.

Marco and Angelo are excellent hosts providing and are clearly committed to delivering a great service for their visitors. The breakfasts were exceptional and it was lovely sitting on the terrace in the mornings. The rooms are very comfortable with some luxurious touches

Brian went above and beyond thinking about the details of our stay. It all started before we even met Brian. Email, phone, and text to get our time of breakfast time, food preferences, and check-in time. When we arrived Brian met us and showed us the ropes. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The shower was hot and strong. Breakfast was gourmet with a fruit course then the delicious main course. Some extras include coffee and cookies, wine and cheese, a nice glass of Port in the living room, use of a refrigerator, and fresh water in the room every day. The location and setting were perfect. The folks staffing the Inn were friendly and interesting.
