Had a lovely time, the gusta were very kind. A night time activity they had was to call for a bard owl which were beautiful to see and interesting to hear. The outdoors jacuzzi was a nice way to rest after a day's hike.

The couple who were our hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything. The vicinity of the old field house is beautiful and full of wildlife, we even saw a black bear in the garden.

Fabulous location in centre of North Conway. Lovely New England hotel with really homely room decor and love the Gas Stove heater in the room. I've stayed before and love the experience. They don't serve breakfast but there are plenty of eateries to get breakfast within short walking distance within North Conway. Have stayed before and will be staying again in future.

The setting was beautiful. Property was very attractive and well kept. The person who checked us in was very informative about the area.

Very clean standard motel. It seemed like a pretty quiet area but there was a grocery store and Walmart across the road. Breakfast options are pretty standard plus waffle maker.

The three-course breakfast prepared by the owner, Rob, was delicious. Even the presentation of the food was elegant, and the waitperson was extremely pleasant, bubbly, attentive and helpful. Rob’s homemade Quiche was delectable — even the crust was light and flaky. Rib has a tremendous sense of humor and kept all the guests chuckling with his hilarious comments during breakfast. We also liked his cat “Savage” !

What a fabulous property this is. We had a lovely room in the converted stable block. On arrival, we were offered coffee and freshly baked biscuits. After settling in, we took a walk around the property. There are so many places to go and relax, with lots of lovely cozy indoor lounge areas. A pool table in one room along with many board games to play with your family. So many places too to enjoy outside with comfortable lounges on the verandah, and a gazebo with seats and a gas fire. Wandering by the cabins, we saw the outdoor games for families such as horseshoe and a playground, and of course the swimming pool. We then found the river! We walked down and sat watching the people float down the Sacco River. The following morning we had a fabulous cooked breakfast from a menu we were not expecting! Beautiful and the service staff were exceptional. We highly recommend this Inn as a stopover or an extended stay with all it has to offer.

A fantastic B&B. Lots of character, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast and great hosts. Being able to sit in the back garden overlooking the river was an added bonus!
