very lovely and welcoming couple the house is very comfortable and the rooms are big and extra clean. the breakfast was very good and delicious the pool and the hot-tub was clean and at the perfect temperature. the house is in a very good location and with a nice parking lot.

Fabulous location in centre of North Conway. Lovely New England hotel with really homely room decor and love the Gas Stove heater in the room. I've stayed before and love the experience. They don't serve breakfast but there are plenty of eateries to get breakfast within short walking distance within North Conway. Have stayed before and will be staying again in future.

Really comfortable private B&B in a quieter part of the Conway area with both Abenaki Trail and Muddy Moose restaurants and bars about 3-minutes walk. Great bedrooms with plenty of space and a fabulous fresh and homemade breakfast. Private on-site off-street parking and lots local trail and trip information available.

What a fabulous property this is. We had a lovely room in the converted stable block. On arrival, we were offered coffee and freshly baked biscuits. After settling in, we took a walk around the property. There are so many places to go and relax, with lots of lovely cozy indoor lounge areas. A pool table in one room along with many board games to play with your family. So many places too to enjoy outside with comfortable lounges on the verandah, and a gazebo with seats and a gas fire. Wandering by the cabins, we saw the outdoor games for families such as horseshoe and a playground, and of course the swimming pool. We then found the river! We walked down and sat watching the people float down the Sacco River. The following morning we had a fabulous cooked breakfast from a menu we were not expecting! Beautiful and the service staff were exceptional. We highly recommend this Inn as a stopover or an extended stay with all it has to offer.
