Friendly host (his English is fine), very clean and spacious, far nicer than I expected it would be. A breakfast with ample choice laid on for all the guests in the garden in the morning. It was nice to sit out and interact with the other guests and the food just kept coming. We parked our car behind the gates at the front of the property which was another bonus.

15時からのチェックインに先立って11時から客室を使用できた。その事を前日に案内してくれたので時間を有効に使えた。 英語が不得意と申し出たが、問題無いと言って丁寧に説明してくれた。 とにかく歓迎されてると感じた。 ビーチまで徒歩5分だが静かなところ。

I got my own personal entrance, and bathroom. There was a convenience store not even a two minute walk from the house.

Kitchen is shared with other guests, which is very nice and you won't find it in most places. Washer and dryer are also shared with other guests and included in price, which is just awesome. Baba is a great host, sometimes could be very chatty though :)

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, made mornings delightful. Multiple TVs with Netflix provided entertainment at our fingertips. A standout feature was the bikes Jose lent us. Exploring Miami on two wheels was a blast.
