Friendly host (his English is fine), very clean and spacious, far nicer than I expected it would be. A breakfast with ample choice laid on for all the guests in the garden in the morning. It was nice to sit out and interact with the other guests and the food just kept coming. We parked our car behind the gates at the front of the property which was another bonus.

The place is really near to the most iconic places in south beach. You can walk to the beach, ocean drive, Lincoln road, española way.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per una sola notte. Struttura posizionata a pochi passi dalla Ocean Drive e dai servizi principali. Parcheggio a pagamento a 200 metri. Camera piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. Staff accogliente e molto gentile. Colazione calda à la carte, scelta di un piatto preparato espresso tra dolce e salato, bevande calde e succo d'arancia. Molto gradito.

Kitchen is shared with other guests, which is very nice and you won't find it in most places. Washer and dryer are also shared with other guests and included in price, which is just awesome. Baba is a great host, sometimes could be very chatty though :)

A standout feature was the bikes Jose lent us. Exploring Miami on two wheels was a blast.
