The cottage was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed while we were there. They have 2 fire pit areas that are well stocked with wood to use and also 2 bbqs. It’s was about a 5 minute drive to Main St, so that was convenient. Also the views are incredible. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to town centre and lake, yet having a peaceful and quite vibe. Most importantly I likely how the manager of the property and the staff addressed every need at a short notice and offered the best service. When I reached Lake Placid, I realised when booking I had made mistake by booking the wrong room type. The Manager, Yuri communicating through whataspp came up with a very good and effective solution and my stay was enjoyable and without any issues. The quality of room is very good and clean. The contactless check-in process works very well and is surprising convenient and also hassle free.
