I would recommend this accommodation. The property is definitely a new building, with outstanding open space outside and really big and modern apartaments. The location is very good: 150m from the beach and 500m from the center town, all at walking distance in few minutes. The view from the terrace is really great: you can relax in the morning and enjoy a good breakfast (European with mixed Zanzibar fruit) while enjoying the seaside view. There is no Wi-Fi in the building, but as suggested by Ali (the local guide), I have bought the local SIM card in the city center close to the apartment and it was working perfectly. Due to lack of time, I didn’t have time to enjoy the several experiences that Ali suggested me during the staying. I had an amazing vacation in Blue Villa Zanzibar, enjoying the pole pole Zanzibar philosophy. I would definitely come back

What an absolutely delightful place to call home for a few days! We were looking for a restful spot on a quiet beach after our safari and this was it. The building itself is fascinating….lots of history within, unique and quirky and has everything you need and more. Our rooms were comfy and clean and the balcony in each room overlooking the beach was great. Massi and Miria are the perfect host…there when you need them with answers to all your questions. All staff were so kind and friendly…restaurant staff with whom we interacted the most were the best. The daily breakfast had a perfect selection of continental and hot options. And a juice with fruit and avocado that I wish I could have bottled and brought back home. We ate all three dinners there and they were out of this world (I’m running out of superlatives to describe our stay!). With Massi’s obvious influence they were all traditional Italian. Four amazing courses each night and only $20 USD per person. Worth so much more. I wholeheartedly recommend Zanzibar House as a perfect place to stay for a beach break. Suggest taking the taxi service offered on their site as we chose not to and our cab driver had difficulty locating it. With the help of a kind local on a motorbike however, we did. Isla Bonita is your choice if you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront property far from crowded tourist areas. We felt right at home right from day one. We were welcomed warmly by the owners and services were always rendered with a smile. Loved the food and most of all the beautiful beach which was just a stone throw away. Would definitely visit again!

The staff at Cast Away are exceedingly helpful, friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and even spoiled. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with a beach bar serving drinks. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable. I would gladly return to this hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kichwa House and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room. The WiFi provided by the hotel was excellent. I had no issues connecting and the speed was impressive. I was able to stream my favorite shows and music, the WiFi never let me down. The breakfast was also great. From fresh fruits to eggs with toast, there was something for everyone. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mujahidin. He was incredibly friendly, always with a smile on his face, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. It was a pleasure chatting with him every day. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience. Plus, it’s affordable compared to the pricy hotels next to it.

Pequeno almoço espectacular super delicioso, o melhor pequeno almoço que tivemos em Zanzibar, fomos bem recebidos pela roxanna que nos deixou em casa, a propriedade tem apenas 4 Bungalows, e fica a 1min a pé da praia. O colchão era macio e confortável, tinha rede mosquiteira, tínhamos água quente. O preço é correcto, daí termos reservado uma 2a noite a mais. Tem um cão gigante "tiger" que é super meigo, e um gato que protegem as instalações.

It is a very lovely resort, just by the beach. We had a room with a ocean view and it was fantastic. The owner was very nice and very caring and open, easy to talk to ...., the kids got even an ice cream on the house. Our rooms were was specious and had a lovely balcony with a hanging hair There was a safe and AC.

This little peace of paradise is just perfect to relax and chill. The staff are very very kind. The room was very clean, very good shower with hot water all the time, very comfy bed and pillows, just perfect!! No mosquitos in the room which is perfect. Airco available. They give you mosquito repelant for your body and also for the room (small attentions that really make you feel very well served). There is a kitchen available where you can prepare whatever you want, and the restaurant is good market. The food is delicious and prices are fair. They have in the restaurant life music 2 times a week, very good music to chill and relax !!! We were just happy to be there.
