This has been our favourite stay in Thailand so far!! The whole experience of staying there was lovely because the hosts are so kind and the property is really cozy and welcoming. They are really genuine people who help you out getting around and with recommendations, they also offered us a ride when they had the time - we ended up staying an extra night because our other accommodation got cancelled last minute and we enjoyed it so much we decided to spend some extra time there 🙂

They helped me with everything I needed and gave me a lift to the bus stop when it was time to leave. We also had some nice chats and I had a very good time staying at their place.

The room was simple but very comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. He helped us rent a motorcycle and took care of our big luggage as well. Also, the steaks at their restaurant are so good, be sure to try them. Thank you for everything! We'd love to come back!

Joy and Fa are wonderful and hardworking people. They run a very clean and comfortable guesthouse. So close to the bus terminal and places to eat. Joy helped me with the paperwork for my visa extension at the Kanchanaburi immigration which is so so much easier to do here than in Bangkok. You can rent a bike and do your laundry here for great price. The river Kwai Bridge is close by and the Erawan National Park and waterfall is amazing. Thank you very much Canaan Guesthouse for everything. A wonderful time here.

It is about 2km from the Bridge on the River Khwae and the War museum.

The room was basic, clean, complimentary water. Balcony was very small. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice. Quiet at night. Breakfast had plenty of choice. They have a private parking. All in all an amazing stay for the price. We drove to Sai Yok, which is quite far to drive to with a scooter but the roads are in a very good shape.
