Great view from the upper terrace! You can see all 2 neighboring countries from the same spot! Room was clean, shared kitchen had everything you need, the olive garden is beautiful! Free parking! Good price/value ratio. Overall we liked the place.

Appa Apartments, B&B sa Portorož

Featuring city views and a garden, Appa Apartments provides accommodation attractively set in Portorož, within a short distance of Fiesa Beach, Vile Park Beach and Bernardin Beach.

The Appa Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in a narrow, steep street in the hills over Portoroz. The host was very friendly and helpful, just living in the next-door house. Check-in and check-out was easy. Free parking on the property. The apartment on the ground floor was accessible by stairs from the garden. The huge terrace had an amazing view over the sea, Portoroz habour and Piran! The apartment's main room was the bedroom with a little dinner table, tv, couch and a small kitchen, microwave and fridge, separated by a folding door. The second room was a small bathroom with a quite spacious shower at ground level, which was very nice. The apartment was clean and sufficiently equiped. And the AC worked very well. Nearby is a little food market and the city and beaches/promenade were reachable by a 20 minute walk downhill. The way back up was a bit exhausting in the heat. The highlights of my 4 day stay were the terrace and beautiful garden, where I could use the garden furniture for relaxing and sunbathing, and of course the fantasic sea view! I recommend this place to everyone.

Pension Silvia, B&B sa Portorož

The family-run Pension Silvia guest house is located 150 metres from the Bernardin Beach and 1 km from a popular sandy beach in the centre of Portorož.

Pension was very clean, Silvia (owner) was very kind, gave us several very good tips for bike trips, restaurants, sightseeings etc. Apartment was huge (King apartment), with a balcony and terrace as well - sea view from both, every morning was just amazing :) pension was recently renovated, so everything is new and modern, it just looks great. You can park your car in front of the pension, this is a huge plus, moreover there is also a place to store your bicycles. The position of pension is right in the middle between Portorož and Piran, both walking distance. Also walking distance to the beach with the bars, restaurants, caffeterias, you name it. We will be back for sure!
