The room was specious, the balcony is huge and actual the roof of the building looking all around it. the sitting spot on the balcony is nice and for smokers (not me) it's a bonus. The hotel is actually a floor above one of the main restaurants in the city so it you arrive hungry - don't worry, you have a good eating place right under your balcony...
