Cute and cozy hotel in the mountains with own swimming pool and with a beautifull waterfall next to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. I was surprised by the fruit plate for breakfast, a lot of different fresh fruits.

The house has 3 large bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower) so it would be ideal for a group or two families. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom and one more in both the living and dining areas, so the house is very comfortable in the local climate. Upon arrival, they were already waiting for us. We found the place thanks to Veronique’s recommendations, but Google maps shows it incorrectly. Large parking. We were also given a compliment from a small set of products and a tray of fruit. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee. There is also a microwave. There is also an outdoor grill, but you will need charcoal and also the ability to find fishermen)) There is a washing machine (and powder). The house is protected by an alarm system, which gave it a feeling of security. As already written, sometimes dogs bark and roosters crow around, I’m a light sleeper, but I was okay and we tried to get up early. The Internet was normal, not super-fast, but I downloaded stories normally and the child watched cartoons. The speed depends on the time of day, in the evening it is slower (we noticed this in other places where we lived). The house was super clean, and so was the pool. Veronique and Fadia are always in touch. We spent our first 6 nights there after arriving and it was perfect for us to explore the northern part of the island. Firstly, Port Launay beach - there is perfect snorkelling and quite lively reefs. Secondly, it is very close to the pass with the Morne Blanc Trail and Copolia Trail. There are also water springs where you can refill your water bottles. There is also a tea factory there, it’s very tasty, stop for lunch! It’s also close to Victoria, where probably the island’s only large and good store with fresh fish (STC Hypermarket), I would advise you to go straight to it and buy groceries before arriving at the villa (we also bought papaya there, it’s delicious).

Oceanic View Apartments gave me a real feeling of safety and personal comfort. In my life I used to travel a lot and had seen many different self-catering establishments, expensive hotels and apartments. By the way, I stayed the first part of my trip at a good and quite expensive hotel, with breakfast and cleaning. Unfortunately, without such a fantastic view. One of the most important things over any kind of travelling is the safety of your stuff. Comfort comes after, because it is not comfortable to think that something can happen with expensive computers, cameras, documents and money. Oceanic View looks like a little fortress with walls, modern moving cameras, automatic switching light system and security. So my first and very important demand was satysfied. When I entered the territory, I got nervous, because my luggage was extreamly heavy! Two strong man helped me everywhere to put it up and down. But Maria and Brian helped me to put everything on the 3-d floor. They said: "Just relax, and don't worry". So it was true. My room had a really fantastic view. It was the biggest one. I didn't look the other rooms, but this one was good enought for everything. Cupboards for my many many dressings) Little table with big mirror, separate table with two comfortable chairs, nightstand, pretty evening lightening everywhere! The bad was also big and comfortable.Modern quite air conditioner, very gentle fan (believe me, fans can be very agressive), and of course two side fantastic view! This view showed me how people live on the Island and what they were doing. Very good experience! I would like also mention that you will be able to see night Beau Vallon and the Island. It is impossible to do it from the first line, just believe me. It was some kind of evening meditation when I was sitting very high in dark, drinking tasty cocktail, thinking about how things are going. No interruption, just relax.

we liked everything.Location was great , the rooms were big enough, the balcony was amazing.We were impressed with the cleaning,and the customer service was great ad well. The owner was very nice and friendly , and they made our stay in seychelles amazing.

The friendliness of the owners,(Maryse & Joe) they offer, as standard, exceptional hospitality. They are always available for any questions about car hire advice, restaurant recommendations, knowledgable about the local environment and arrangement of airport transfers etc. In fact all staff were great, done their job quietly and efficiently. Rooms cleaned everyday, frequent change of bed linen and towels, they also supply beach/pool towels. We always felt very safe, the security systems were easy to operate also the owners are resident. Although there is a small supermarket 7 min walk from the property a car is essential but we knew that when we booked.

Staff in this hotel are genuinely nice people, not fake customer service smiles but really friendly and helpful, willing to chat and share with you about the island and the nature, plans, activities, etc. Suites are huge, really big and spacious, we were in a two bedroom suite and we had fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, all the pots and pans, plates, utensils and everything you need because only breakfast is served and no restaurants are walking distance from here. The breakfast is simple and tasty with choice of eggs and pancakes and cheese, ham, toast and fruits, juices, tea and coffee. Rooms are nice and big, plenty of storage space, there is AC in each bedroom as well as fans on the ceiling in each room and living and dining area. The housekeeping comes every day to clean and change towels if you need, the linens are changed every three days. They provide the clothes rack so you can keep the wet swimming suites and towels after beach or pool. We had the suite on the ground floor so our balcony had beautiful garden in front and breakfast restaurant and pool just two-three steps away. The gardener was bringing us fresh guava fruits from the trees in the garden every day for our baby boy to eat and the pool and sunbeds were cleaned every day. The staff helped us arrange if we need taxi ride or information about the exchange office timings or a boat ride to some other beach. The taxi boat to beautiful Anse Royal beach is 150 SCR (~10€) one way per person and the boat goes from the small port in Bel Ombre which is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. The small beach in Bel Ombre is just 5 minute walk and it has nice natural shade from the trees and easy sandy access to the sea, we enjoyed our time with the baby there. The closest grocery is also just 5 minute away. Overall it was an excellent experience and we felt like home, we would love to stay there again.

Had a perfect stay here! The property is beautiful and close to the beach and a great hike (anse major), the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind and made me feel at home.
