Casa Caroli in Târgu Jiu features 3-star accommodation with a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

The room was large, had a kitchen, blackout curtains and an AC unit. Room even had two balconies. Wifi works well and each room seems to have their own wifi access point on the table for whatever reason so bad signal won't be a thing you'll have to worry about. There's a convenience store on the ground floor that closes early in the evening. Get your shopping done early. The nearest restaurant is opposite the stadium nearby, about a 5-10min walk away which is fine. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to the area.
