Raquel and Robert went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the patio where it was served offered a view of folks landing from their skydiving adventures. Everything was clean and fresh. The two house dogs were also very welcoming.

Perfectly located in a calm area but still very close to places worth visiting. Very close to Alvor (10 minutes by car). Lagos is about 25 minutes away by car, as is Portimao. Great breakfast, nice staff.

We found out this is an independant room and acually it was a good surprise, as we thought we would be sharing the flat with the host. Susana is a sweet person - we have well communicated before our arrival, during our stay and the day we left. She was available in case we needed someting. For instance, I asked for an iron, she was nice enough to buy a brand new one plus an ironboard, and to leave if in front of our door. I can tell, this has been highly appreciated. Alvor is a very charming village, we loved the different restaurants and boutiques nearby. It's 10-mn driving from Praia da Rocha, which was ideally located to attend the festival Afronation. About the room: it was perfectly clean, beds were comfy, we used both the fridge and the microwave, and also the cutleries/dishes. In the bathroom, several towels and shower gel are furnished. An hairdryer is also at your disposal. I have no hesitation in recommending that place.

The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful. She was always there for us. We had many issues with transport due to a festival in July, but she managed to help us even if it was very difficult ! We were extremely well welcomed, we felt good in the hotel. I recommend it 100%. Near the city and Portimao (10min taxi). There is a restaurant in the same building : typical portuguese food, the staff is so kind and efficient, I recommend the restaurant at 100% !

Wowww, THE BEST!!!! First off, the owners, Marta (!!!) & Nelson. Nicest, most helpful, responsive & friendly people ever. They went above & beyond to help locate someone to rent wing foiling equipment to my husband, plus were helpful in so many other ways. Next, what a true gem of a place- clean, comfortable, all needed amenities & in such a gorgeous setting in a beautifully restored building in the old part of town. Wonderful views and rooftop lounge areas, with jacuzzi even. Great breakfast and coffee (!), served in their beautiful garden restaurant, which also serves excellent food & drinks at night! Sadly, we missed Sunday night when they have live jazz there. There’s also a great common area kitchen should you choose to make your own meals. Such peaceful, mellow, chill vibes! We plan to return for longer! Thanks again!

Very warm welcome from the owner, everything is well organised in the little apartment. You have everything for a short or long stay. You face the garden and horses in the field in the back. Lovely surroundings.
