The people that operate this bed and breakfast are wonderful and very interesting. Delightful rural location with a beautiful view of Monsanto. An amazing breakfast with shak shuka, cheese, meat, vegetables, pancakes, homemade preserves, and really good coffee.

We had the whole house at our disposal. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. We had homemade cakes and fresh fruit from the owners' farm in the fridge. We learned many interesting facts about the history of the town and the surrounding area from the owners. The owner recommended us to visit the extremely interesting town of Idanha-a-Velha. Exceptional in every way!! Our hosts thought of every little comfort and detail and provided a delicious breakfast. The boulder village and our accommodations were incredibly unique. It was our second visit.

Obviously staying in a home perched on the side of a very, very step mountain was something out of the ordinary. Nuno was a great host plus he owned a restaurant 2 doors up from our accommodation.
