Quiet, convenient place to stay in Invercargill. Nice to be able to walk to the CBD, good parking across the road, and comfortable bed and great bathroom. Highly recommended.

I like the room, it was very cosy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location was ideal - it was in the countryside but still only 10 minutes drive into town. It was lovely to have breakfast with Anne-Marie and John in their kitchen and have a chat with them. John gave us a tour of his garden and let us feed one of his deer.

I had a last minute booking. Still Claire welcomed me warmly and when telling her, that I was not sure, if I find a place to stay for another night, she just comforted me and told me she will make a space, if I don't find anything. The bed was heaven and breakfast really good

Perfect location with spacious grounds surrounded by native bush , very peaceful . Room with plenty of windows ,' bright and fresh .

The hostess was very helpful, even though I booked the wrong day for our return stay. She also was able to book our ferry travel and an excursion on Stewart Island. The property is older but very clean and quiet. Free parking. Location is central to what we wanted
