Excellent location to visit the city of Utrecht by public transportation (bus). Cosy B&B, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful host. We only stayed for one night and would recommend the B&B to stay if you prefer not to stay in the city.

Beautiful surroundings and perfectly peaceful. The owner lives nearby and is super friendly and helpful. Brand new studio apartment, modern facilities, complete kitchen. I can only imagine sitting on the covered terrace, looking at the lake and the lights on the opposite side, on a warm summer evening...the weather was cold and very windy during my visit in April but the view was still beautiful. I wish I could have stayed for more than one night.

The host was just wonderful, she prepared a vegan breakfast especially for me with fresh pressed orange jiuce made by herself. I would be glad to come back here again! The room was big and very quiet, excellent location near the city center with supermarkets and restaurants nearby..

We had such a memorable stay at Johanna's place! She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! Johanna was very understanding of our delayed arrival time, be sure to communicate with her day before or day of to be helpful! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~

There was no where to hang my clothes. With the small space perhaps you could have hangers for clothes?

La casa estaba en un barrio muy bonito, la habitación amplia y cómoda, todo estaba muy bien decorado y muy limpio. En la mañana la vista de los arboles y la tranquilidad del lugar son muy relajantes. El host era muy amable y fueron pacientes con nuestra hora de llegada tardía a causa de un tren.
