Henrietta was v friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. it was within walking distance of Roermond and near lots of walks rivers and lakes. It is very close to a friendly bar and restaurant, bakery and supermarket.

My daughter and me were on our way back home form a holiday up north and this was the perfect stop over. With a warm, friendly hostess Anouck (I hope I spelled your name right), a very hearty breakfast and a large spacious room that more than satisfied our requirements I can definitely recommend this place.

pretty much everything. the decor, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the host and the list goes on. it was super close to the outlet center with a lot of different shops, restaurants and cafes literally next door.

Colazione a buffet abbondante, posizione ottima per raggiungere facilmente il centro a solo qualche minuto a piedi! Il personale molto gentile e disponibile! Per chi arriva in auto parcheggi a pagamento ma molto vicini alla struttura. Per una prossima visita a Roermond ci torneremo di sicuro!

Very nice place in the city center of Roermond. Everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around. Also only 200 meters from Bus and Train station. Rooms are larger then I expected. The host was very friendly and provided us with many useful tips and places in the nearby area. Would recommend it for a visit to this area.

Super nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, fresh yoghurt, eggs and well presented. The host is super friendly. 5 min from Roermond Outlet. I had forgotten a dress in the room and the host kindly send the dress by post the same day.

They both were very nice and friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. We found everything that we needed in the room, even a half automatic coffee machine. And we had a great breakfast in the morning. Their recommendations about the city were very helpful. Having a indoor garage in the city was priceless. Briefly, it was a great decision to choose that place.

Ho apprezzato tutto: ancora prima di arrivare, Grande disponibilità per accontentarmi, check-in fuori dagli orari prestabiliti. Al mio arrivo ho trovato gentilezza e cortesia, una stanza molto Curata nei dettagli, assolutamente pulita, macchina da caffè e capsule offerte dal B&B, Bagno privato in camera, moderno con una doccia veramente capiente, e il sistema a pioggia. Ottima la colazione, con buoni prodotti, freschi, ed un ottimo caffè.il Bed & Breakfast si trova vicinissimo a Roermond, Comodo anche per chi lavora, con un ampio parcheggio annesso alla casa.
