It has a very romantic and charming atmosphere, every room is beautiful and special, it is nice and quiet, very clean, wifi is good, staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, pool area is very nice and with a jacuzzi, and there is a cute cat called Maria in the garden.

The location is just in the Center but still quiet, the stuff is excellent and sweet, great shower with hot water, cute pool. very cool place to stay.

There was no breakfast and that was a disappointment, but I found an excellent coffee shop just a few minutes from the hotel. I liked the cosy touches everywhere. Well appointed, with care given to presentation...matching towels, small area rugs beside the bed, charming furniture. Bottled water available in the kitchen. Tea bags were also available. Nice area, and easy to find the ferry terminal, and the town center.

I had a cozy and spacious bungalow with fridge and microwave oven and king-size bed. There's both air conditioning and ventilator. The host, Sofia, is super friendly and helpful. It's located like 7' walking from the main square and the ferry. The place has a small jacuzzi outdoors. I rented a scooter and there's a garage in front of the property where I could park it safely at any time. If you're looking for a budget and nice place to stay in Cozumel this is what you're looking for. For 6 extra USD you can have a breakfast. There's free wifi. In summary, no complains.

The room was great. Nice, clean and the outdoor area was fab although some sun beds would have made it perfect. The staff were very friendly and helped us out a lot. We booked a snorkelling tour and hired snorkels through them.

Great location, room was very clean and well equipped. Garden is beautiful. First breakfast we had here was very delicious. We came before check in time but room was already ready so we could enjoy more time there. We had scooter so they let us bring it to the garden and even helped to do it.
