It's located like 7' walking from the main square and the ferry. The place has a small jacuzzi outdoors. I rented a scooter and there's a garage in front of the property where I could park it safely at any time. If you're looking for a budget and nice place to stay in Cozumel this is what you're looking for. For 6 extra USD you can have a breakfast. There's free wifi. In summary, no complains.
