This is such a special place. We have travelled around Mexico and stayed at really nice hotels but this place have a special place in our heart. Esperanza the oner and the manager of this place is such a great host and she goes above and beyond to make feel at home. The free breakfast is a feast. Every day you get a different dish and there is such a variety to choose from . There are few kind of room., Some with a shared washroom and some with a private one. Make sure when you make the reservation that you choose the right one for you. We made a mistake and order the one with a shared washroom but luckily there was a room with a washroom available for us. San Cristobal is an amazing place with so much character .There are a lot of beautiful places to visit around and we booked 2 day trips through the hostel which were fantastic.

really beautiful, spacious property that’s been in operation for a few months. not a super social hostel, more private and tranquil. perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax or work. very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, nice hot shower, clean bathroom, lots of areas to lounge and relax, attentive staff. i would definitely stay here again when in san cris!

The common area has a well-equipped kitchen, board games, books and so on to make your stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here.

There were lots of bathrooms scattered around the hostel and we had no problems with ever having to wait for these. They also let us leave our luggage before and after checkin. We would definitely stay again.
