The property seems newly renovated, with exquisite style, preserving the traditional character of the building with some modern touches - it's a gem already at the entrance, with a small internal yard where food is served and a spacious rooftop terrace. The rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean, offering more value for money than expected or as compared to more centrally located properties. The host Marion was very pleasant and welcoming from the start - she waited for our arrival after a late night flight, prepared us a lovely breakfast and offered advice for getting around Malta and suggested sights to visit relevant to our preferences. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

The room, although small, it is very cosy and has everything you might need for a short stay: - big bed with comfortable mattress - 2 pillows for each, one softer and another one more harder, which is a big plus - air conditioning - kitchenette with a kettle, instant coffee and tea. The room was just perfect for a couple. It is a bit on the small size, but more than enough for a couple. The bed was ok in terms of comfort (I've found it more comfortable than my wife did). The room and toilet were very clean and we had a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle available in the room (and also some tea and instant coffee). The location is quite good, with several restaurants, bistros and small grocery markets nearby. There's also a police station in the vicinity. There are at least four (two with two directions) different bus stops 3 minutes away from the apartment with several options to move around Malta - direct connection to the airport, Valletta, Birgu, etc... The host, Joseph, was very sympathetic and helpful! Everything ran smoothly during our stay! We totally recommend this place!
