We loved everything about our stay! I especially loved staying in the ancient buildings with their thick stone walls and arched doorways! The neighborhood is beautiful and atmospheric. We were close to some fantastic restaurants, all within walking distance. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, giving us some great suggestions for sites to see and explore.We walked to the Victoria Lines, a cool walking trail that begins at a park called Top of the World.

This was truely a fantastic experience.The B&B is just around the corner from the church and offers a really lovely view from the garden. The check-in process can be conveniently done online before arrival and the key and same extra information were prepared for me when I first arrived. Breakfast offers everything needed. My personal highlights were the orange juice press and the little egg cooker. There is also a little table with drinks (Whiskey and Port) that is there all day -fantastic to enjoy in the evening. The owner and staff are also very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. For my last morning I received a breakfast bag as my flight was really early. My room was very cozy and had one of this cute balconys that you can see on the front of the houses. For trips, the bust stop is next to the church and I never had to wait more than 5 min to catch one in any direction I wanted to go. Really lovely place.

I cared about the location since im traveling alone. But it was easy to find! Also the room is super clean and i loved bathroom. Staff was really nice and helpful!

As a solo traveler, I don't think I could've chosen a better place to stay at. Staff replied fast to my messages, organized my late night check-in, ordered a taxi for me to pick me up from the airport and the lady at the reception was beyond understanding and kind on the day I checked out. The room was clean, the bed is big and comfortable with a hard mattress, there's a small fridge, there were at least 4 towels prepared and many blankets. In the bathroom there was body wash and soap prepared. The location is great, I was able to get back late at night from the coast via public transport. It's in a very quiet neighborhood (apart from the church bell), no busy streets nearby.

- Self check in and check out via PIN codes (so you don't have to stress about forgetting/losing your keys) - Very clean and modern, good location (Lidl nearby (5 min. walk)) - Coffee, tea, bottle of water included upon check-in. Cups and kettle, small fridge (with freezer), a/c in the room (life saver!). Cosmetics are available in the bathroom. Microwave, croissants and coffee on the 1st floor (so you can satisfy your sweet tooth when coming back from a night out :) ) - You can put out a sign not to be disturbed by the staff, or when you want your room to be cleaned (so if you want to sleep in for most of the day, you won't be bothered at all) - VERY comfy bed & pillows (was pleasantly surprised by this) - Very well lighted room & bathroom, and if you want more subtle lighting there's a single light bulb close to the bed)

The breakfast was good and the staff were very welcoming - they assisted us with tips regarding the area and some cool things to see and try during our short stay. WiFi was very good and the AC was working very well in the heat. Pleasant surprise was that there were adapters for the electricity outlets to the common EU standard.
