The landlord, Filip, is the great host ensuring we had everything we needed, he gave us great recommendations of places to visit. The apartment had everything we could needed and more, very comfortable with great terrace for lazy evening chill. The place is close to beach and city's center but located on peacefull and quiet hill where no noises would disturb. The town - Risan, is conviniently located as a base place to visit whole Kotor's Bay attractions. 10/10 score and we already miss the place.

Our room had a very nice view to the Kotor bay and it had everything we needed. The owner doesn’t really speak English but he’s very very nice and friendly!

Fantastic. My partner and I stayed here for 13 days, in the room with the balcony. Magnificent view of the bay. A set of chairs, a small table, and a reclining sun shade made for great relaxation time. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was clean, the shared kitchen was clean. There was a small wardrobe, which was quite useful, and a mini fridge in our room. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was great, easy to use, modern, and cooled the room quickly. The bathroom even has a bidet. The property itself is beautiful. We had to handwash all of our clothes, which was no problem at all, and our balcony had a clothes line, which got a lot of sun during the day so there was quick drying. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Whenever we'd sit with them they offered us drinks. They also gave us a small bowl of figs from their garden, which was unexpected, pleasant, and delicious. This was our first vacation as a couple and we wanted a lot of alone time, and this was also no problem. The owners were respectful of our privacy, which was greatly appreciated. The room is situated in a great place, about a 8 minute walk to the nearest beach, and there are 4 restaurants, 3 grocery stores, souvenirs, an atm, a bus stop for the blue line (which reaches Kotor), and a tobacco shop within a 15 minute walk. Essentially in the center of everything you'd want and need to do in Risan. The owners also took care of the tourist tax for us.

Rummet hade en fantastisk utsikt, stort och luftigt. Bra med kyl i rummet trots att det var utan kök. Väldigt härlig och mysig stämning i huset. Mycket bra läge och trevlig personal.

Large, clean, authentic appartement. Very well equipped. Fantastic view over the bay and islands from the window. Nice garden with a straight view (though small) over the Sveti Dorde and one of the bell towers of the town. The owner is very accommodating and helped me bringing my suitcase up the stairways to the appartement. Fortunately, we didn’t have much trouble parking the car thanks to the owner’s advice.

Fantastisk plats, som en liten oas. Utsikten, rofylldheten, närheten till mysig strandpromenad med restaurang, kvällsdopp i havet, glass i Perast. Poolen & möjligheten att sitta ute på den gemensamma terassen var perfekt. Vi saknade inget & kommer vi tillbaka till Montenegro är det hit vi ska! Tack! Pizzan nga trappsteg ned var också fab!
