Best thing was Zaad one of the best staff in the Hotel, he was very helpful and his approuch was great with the customer visiting. The location is great close to any thing to think about for example (the beach, restaurants, coffee shop and the different kind of markets else) I highly recommend it for small number of friends or family

We only had one night in Aqaba, but wish we'd have stayed longer! The hotel staff were great - very welcoming and helpful, and made excellent dinner recommendations after we arrived later than planned from the Wadi Rum. The room was great, bed was comfy, and the shower powerful and hot. The air con was a welcome bonus. We skipped breakfast as we don't like diving after eating, so can't comment on the quality, but the breakfast room looked nice! We went on two dives that morning, which were absolutely fantastic. The whole process was smooth and straightforward - sign up, get whatever gear you might need, load it onto the truck, then drive down to the beach. The Dive Master, a British guy, was fantastic and took us to explore the tank, the C-130, and Cedar Pride. We were sent photos (no cost) too, which was great. For anyone it might help - being a short and 'curvy' female , I tend to avoid borrowing wetsuits where the water is a reasonable temperature, but the owner/manager was fantastic and very politely and delicately offered me a suit that he knew would fit. He didn't make a fuss or cause any embarrassment - very nicely handled!!!
