GranAnn's Place is located in Kingston and offers a casino and a garden. This guest house provides free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi.

This was a reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, centrally located apartment with wonderful amenities. It had a full sized well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with lots of closet space, air conditioning, TV and fan. In addition, there was a living room with another large wall mounted TV and comfortable chesterfields. There was free secure parking within the premises for my rent a car. The area was very quiet so I always had a good night’s sleep. The Wifi reception was excellent. The host Ann and her husband were courteous and very accommodating. The apartment had many extras such as bottled water, soaps, hand sanitizer and even bags of potato chips. Ann really strives to make her guests comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kingston. This place is a perfect base for touring all the wonderful sights of Kingston.

I was able to make the reservation late that evening after which I called to confirm the reservation. The contact person was very friendly and very helpful. She told me what I needed to do in order to check in and from then one everything went well.👍🏾🤩

Kerry is the sweetest lady ever. Her customer service is on point! Property was very modern and clean, location is great. I enjoyed my time spent there and will now be my home away from home.
